Instead of being stacked, she wanted 4 separate cakes to go on a cake stand that had been in her family for years. She wanted each cake to have an arrangement of flowers from her florist on top. This is what the final product looked like. Each cake is a dark chocolate cake. Half of the cakes had a strawberry filling and half of them had a chocolate ganache filling. The outside is ivory tinted fondant with hand stenciled white flowers with royal icing.
