This cake is a fruit themed cake. Each layer of frosting is tinted to the color of the fruit it is decorated with. The cake is a butter cake and the filling on the first layer is blueberry pie filling, the second layer is an orange citrus filling, and the third layer is a lemon pudding filling.
Instead of fondant shown in the picture, she wanted buttercream frosting. She also wanted a round cake to go with a stand she had purchased instead of a square cake. This is a picture of the final product.
